The AI assistant ("Bobbie") and certain analytical features of the Service use artificial intelligence models to generate responses and analysis. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are informational only, are not reviewed or verified in real time by human experts, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. GrainGenius reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods. Exceptions may be made at GrainGenius's sole discretion for technical issues or billing errors.
Your farm data, positions, field records, and account information are stored securely. GrainGenius does not sell or share your personal farm data with third parties for commercial purposes, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for benchmarking calculations and product improvement without identifying individual Users.
The GrainGenius platform, including all software, algorithms, signal models, branding, and content, is the proprietary intellectual property of GrainGenius LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Service without written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAINGENIUS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
In no event shall GrainGenius's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrainGenius LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nebraska, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property matters.
GrainGenius reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
